I do not offer direct billing at this time. Payment for therapy sessions is due upfront at the end of each session. I accept credit cards and e-transfers.
After payment, I will provide you with a receipt, which you can submit to your insurance company. Most insurance companies will reimburse you within a few days.

During your first session, you’ll step into a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace. While the first session tends to be more administrative, it’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other, understand your needs, and start setting meaningful goals for your therapy journey. The focus is on making sure you feel safe and supported.

You don’t need to prepare much—just come as you are! However, if it helps, you might want to bring a list of any symptoms, concerns, or specific goals you’d like to address. Feel free to ask any questions about the process, your expectations, or what you hope to achieve in therapy. This is your space to be heard, understood, and supported, and I’m here to guide you through it.

Therapy involves a collaborative effort between the client and the therapist. The more honest you are, the easier the process becomes. While every journey is different, clients often experience better emotional regulation, greater self-awareness, improved stress management, and personal growth. Therapy helps you gain clarity, feel empowered, and navigate challenges with confidence. You’ll have the opportunity to build resilience and take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more balanced life.
Therapy is a deeply personal and voluntary process, unique to each individual. You have the freedom to pause or resume at any time. The duration of therapy varies—it could range from a few sessions to several years, depending on your circumstances and goals. Typically, I recommend starting with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. As you start to feel better and make progress toward your goals, we can adjust to fewer sessions or take a break when the time feels right.
Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focus Therapy (EFT), Self-Psychology, Solution-Focus Therapy and Mindfulness.
These approaches help you manage emotions, reduce stress, and create meaningful, positive changes in your life. Together, we’ll find the path that works best for you.
